About Us

Enterprise Systems Support provides comprehensive desktop, server and IT support services to the administrative division of the University. ESS accomplishes this by:

  • Delivering end-to-end support of foundational computing needs, including client computing, storage and access, messaging and collaboration, line of business applications, and output management.
  • Providing service desk operations that utilize various forms of customer interaction to assess, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely and competent manner.
  • Supporting an IT infrastructure that is modern, relevant, agile and available. This dynamic infrastructure serves as the foundation for all other services provided by ESS, and great care is taken to ensure the quality of this service.
  • Fostering an environment that values individual creativity, collaborative excellence, business relevance, and added value to the University.

Enterprise Systems Support is a department within Administrative Technologies, a part of the Division of Finance and Planning. Enterprise Systems Support is located in Julian Hall 205, Campus Box 3410.
