
Enterprise Systems Support is proud to be the IT support team for Mainframe users campus-wide. Working with our partner department, Business Intelligence Technology Solutions, ESS provides second-level support for the university mainframe.
The university’s current mainframe hardware is reaching the end of its projected service life. Rather than replace the equipment, the institution has opted to transition the existing mainframe workload to a service provider. A committee has been assembled to plan and carry out this transition.
